Service Agreement

This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is between ModeAI ("Company", "we", "us", "our") and the user ("you", "your", "user") of the ModeAI Telegram Chatbot ("Service"). This Agreement governs your use of our Service.

Description of Service

Our Subscription Service provides you with our ModeAI Pro chatbot. ModeAI chatbot comes in two versions: a free version and a Pro version. The Pro version unlocks all modes of the bot and is available on a weekly ($1.99 USD), monthly ($5.99 USD), and yearly ($49.99 USD) subscription. Subscriber accounts will be provided with 100,000 api tokens to generate content every 24/hr period. Subscriber tokens are capped at 100,000 tokens per 24/hr period, plus any additional token pack purchases. Users subscriber token balance will be reset every 24hr period to 100,000 tokens (token pack purchases will remain unchanged). We also offer additional token packs for additional OpenAI tokens. Token packs are one time purchases and will be updated instantly in the users account balance. Token packs will not be reset at anytime. Purchase of token packs will remain useable in the users account until the full amount has been depleted. Subscription payments will auto-renew on a weekly (7 days), monthly (30 days), or yearly (365 days) term. Subscribtion length is valid from the date and time of purchase. Users can cancel their subscription at any time. Additional time remaining after cancelation will remain, user account will not auto-renew and subcription service and access to subscription features will end at the end of the term.

Terms of Payment

Payment for subscriptions and token packs is upfront and non-refundable. By purchasing a subscription or token pack, you agree to an initial and recurring payment at the then-current subscription rate. We utilize 3rd party payment services for our platform. You will be sent to 3rd party for payment completion. Upon payment, users will be updated in our database and the purchase will be varified unlocking subscription or token pack.

Service Limitations and User Responsibilities

The Service is provided 'as is', and we make no guarantees about the accuracy or completeness of the Service's responses. You are responsible for using the Service in a private and secure manner. Changes to OpenAI and or models within OpenAI may change user experience.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice to you. Causes for termination may include error with payment processing or illicit use of modeai products and service. For support or information regarding a case contact our support team.

Changes to Agreement

We may update this Agreement at any time, in which case the new Agreement will supersede prior versions. Your continued use of the Service after changes to the Agreement signifies your agreement to the changes.
